Archives
If you’re looking for archives of content you once read here, they are available at https://www.tnl.net/blog
Similarly, if you want to quote a story you read, please link to the TNL.net site instead of Substack. I strongly believe that content should remain on the open web and have no guarantee that substack will always be around. By contrast, as long as I live, TNL.net will be available for free to all.
Why subscribe?
Because you like independent thinking and analysis? Because you believe the internet is a place where writers can thrive? Because you think the content I’m putting out is worth reading.
There are many reasons to subscribe.
But the primary reason is to get the content in your inbox. I tend to be wordy, so picking the email up and setting it down to go through the 4-5 points I may make in a single entry is well worth it. Furthermore, I tend to delete stuff from substack once it’s gotten more stale (you can, however, always find a complete archive of everything I’ve written on the TNL.net blog.)
Stay up-to-date
By subscribing, you will ensure that you get my latest missives straight into your inbox. One thing I can guarantee you is that it will be different. I endeavor to give out unique perspectives. If I’ve seen it somewhere else on the net, you will probably not see it in my newsletter (unless it is via a link that I’m referencing, because the open web was built on liberally linking)
